We currently ship within India and to select international destinations.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, as many of our pieces are made or finished to order. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note:

• Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and carrier.

• Chandrama Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

• Any customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
