Refund policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• An item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced

• An incorrect item was sent and a replacement is unavailable

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that Chandrama Ritual does not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing choices

• Natural variations in handcrafted pieces
